After being advised to seek legal advice about adding my spouses name
to property title, I would like to share with you the lawyers solution.
It's a full transfer from one spouse to both spouses. Joe to Joe and Jane
as husband and wife marital property with right of survivorship. The fee
for this service was $150 which included recording fee.
After the death of one spouse according to the lawyer one only needs
to bring the death certificate and fill out the proper form. I forgot
the name of this form and perhaps someone could refresh me of it's name????
