What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

Upon death of grantor, is it legally necessary to transfer titles of real property held in revocable trust from trustee to successor trustee prior to distribution to beneficiaries? Or, can the distribution be direct to beneficiaries following death of grantor/trustee? Not addressed in trust document. There are no problems among beneficiaries.
