I live in Fl. I have been thinking about getting a living trust. I have been to 2 attorneys. Each has indicated 2 different methods to transfer title to the trust. One indicates I just have list my assets in the trust. While the other states I must sign over and transfer my assets to the trust. What is the deal here, who is right?

Both could be correct depending on what your intention is with respect to your property. As there may be real property and other assets involved such as checking and savings bank accounts, mutual funds, stocks and bonds, furniture, jewelry etc. You need to ask them more questions next itme.
