What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
My father passed away 6 months ago. He left a trust with myself as a trustee, and executor of the trust. I am the full benefactor of his trust. He left a building, how do I transfer the building to my name?
He also has some monetary debt. Am I responsible for paying off his debt? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You are the trustee of the Trust and the executor of the Will. Yes, you will be responsible for paying his debts from the assets of the Trust.

You (better, your attorney), prepare a deed with you as trustee and trust as grantor and you as individual as grantee.

Listed where? On a schedule attached to the trust? Or is there a deed from your father to your father as trustee?
