Mother has a FL.trust involving land in Texas (beneficiaries are her three son's) which she now wishes to cancel.

Can she cancel the trust or change it in any way without the consent of the beneficiaries?

If it is your typical revocable living trust, then yes, she can.

no, just the typical irrevocable trust.

If the trust is irrevocable, then the asset has already been given away and she has no control over it anymore. She cannot pull the asset back, it is owned by the trust.
