Hello All and thank you in advance for any advice to the following...

If Bill and Suzie make a trust and Bill has Alzhiemer's, is the trust valid?

This is what I'm told the trust stipulates - all assets of Bill and Suzie's are in the trust - if Bill dies - the trust is controlled by Suzie until she dies and then the remaining assets go to Bill and Suzie's respective children - the caveot is - Suzie hates Bill's son (me) and would love to spend whatever remains of the trust when Bill dies - is this possible for Suzie to do since she legally controls the trust?
