My father passed away in Oct. 99 and left his assets in a living trust with his children as beneficiaries with the understanding that we could avoid probate and receive our inheritance quicker; however the trustee has not disbursed the property and has not provided beneficiaries with documentation required in the trust. Do we have any recourse against her?

YES. Have a lawyer write her a letter demanding compliance.
