trust as part owner brokerage account?

I am part owner of a tenant in common brokerage account and would like to transfer title for my portion into the name of my trust. Is this possible? Owners of the account live in FL and NY. Thank you.

Legally there should be no problem, BUT as it can be a complication, some firms may balk. Ask the firm and be insistent. If they say no, ask other firms and move the account if necessary.
