My question has to do with which state jurisdiction this law would be under - either Colorado or Tennessee?
I am doing an ammendment to a Trustee Agreement (Trustee Delegation Agreement). I live in Colorado, however the Trust and all original Trust documents were done in Tennessee. Which state's forms and laws do I use?
Thanks

The situs of the trust.

Many people restate their trusts when they move. That is, they have a local attorney review the trust under the new state's laws. It helps resolve questions like this.

This is a Trust my father left for me. He lived in Tennessee. I'm sorry, I didn't make this clear.
