Is it possible for a trustee to invoke the no-contest clause with their actions.

Our no-contest clause is: The interest of a beneficiary who contests this trust or any provisions, in any manner, directly or indirectly, is revoked, and teh interest shall be disposed of in the same manner as if the contesting beneficiary had predeceased tehe execution of this trust without issue.

Our Spendthrift Clause is: The interests of the beneficiaries in the principal and income of the trust shall not be subject to the claims of their creditors or others, nor to legal process, and may not be voluntarily or involuntarily alienated or encumbered.

The trustee paid an unenforceable claim (their own fabricated claim) from my interest prior to distribution.

You can have this matter resolved/investigated/audited without specifically contesting it. Too bad you left out essential details--for what purpose did trustee claim the money was used for, how (or can you get it) to prove that this is an unauthorized expense?
