My Grandmother created a Revocable Trust 10 years ago. She is now in Assisted Living and pretty combative. My mom and aunt are the trustee's, however neither one received a copy of the trsut, nor can they find the original. Steven W Allen in Mesa was the attorney who created the Trust, but was indicted last year in an Offshore Tax Scheme. I have been able to tie up all the outside assets so the Trsut will Fund itself.
Question: Can a Trustee contact the attorneys office to request a copy of the Trust, or is there any type of legal complication.
