Hello ,

i need some helped me with a term paper i am doing.

my one question is:

how long does it take to process an average trust fund

i know probate can last 6 to 15 months

but what about a none probate trust fund

not a living trust just a plan trust fund

It can be instataneous, and all depends on the facts and circumstances. If the trustee wants to wait until there is a final determination from the IRS, it takes as long as that takes.
