my mother died in 1998 she had placed all her assets in a trust to be divided as the executor (my sister) saw fit we have kept everything as is (sold nothing off as she only had a home that was paid for and a car that was paid for with the trust as owner) in 1999 my brother declared bankruptcy and was about to have it finalized when his ex-wife called the court and claimed he inheirited some property the bankruptcy court is now stating that we have to sell off the property (which we don't want to do) and give them 1/3rd do we have to???????
