I'm a member of a large family with a large estate. All family members are siblings, so with no will everything will be shared equally. There has been a unsigned will found on the deceased business computer which other family had access to. Is this will valid if all family agree or will probate proceed as if their is no will, since it wasn't signed? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

When you begin a thread, it asks for your state. There is a reason for that.

In any event, I doubt that a court in any state would find an unsigned will valid.

There is the possibility that a court would accept a distribution to which all beneficiaries agree rather than the distribution under intestate succession. Check with a probate attorney in your state.

With no will and a lot of assets, intestate probate must be filed, an executor/personal representative properly appointed through probate court, creditors paid, estate tax return filed and assets eventually disbursed.

How those assets get disbursed depends upon your state intestate law.
