Updating willI am a naturalized U.S. citizen from Mexico. I have recently divorced and have moved to California. I would like to change my will and in it include some of my family members who are not U.S. citizens. Has anyone else gone through this process who can give me some advice? Does anyone know a good attorney that handles California wills and trusts? Any suggestions would really help. Thanks. |

| You might read the articles written by the state bar, here: Statutory Will Form If you own real property, or your assets are worth more than 100k, look into a living trust to avoid probate. |
