Georgia: my fatherinlaws will was notarized by his soninlaw this a legal will. He died 1/2/01 will was not filed due to I was told not valid. Trying to transfer home to grandson and filed with probate court as administrator. One son will not sign because he feels will is legal. No assets left except home.

This is not about what one "feels" -- it is exactly what was done and when and who else signed the Will. Generally a will requires 2 or more witnesses. IF A REQUIRED WITNESS was going to benefit (and different states define "benefit" differently - sometimes if a spouse benefits that's it) nothing EXTRA beyond the statutory share goes to the person who would benefit disprportionaly in those circumstances.
