i was wondering if my father passed away me and my sister agreed to her gettin a family herlum picture and me gettin the truck ... then i put $3,000 worthof work in it now she wants to sell it to pay the estate debts can she make me ? should i put it in my name ?

also there was a pull behind camper that my father gave to me while he was alive but it was in his name still how do i keep it?
