What is the name of your state? Indiana
My brother recently died and married on his death bed. Married less than 24hrs before his death.
His new spouse was named personal representative to his "Will" at the same time.
Mother & 3 sisters stilling living.

Upon requesting the details and or a copy of the "Will" the Attorney that wrote the "Will" has directed us to take the matter up with the personal representative to get the details of the "Will". She has refused.

Who has legal right to view the contents of a "Will"?

How do we proceed with getting a copy of the "Will"?

You also wait until the will is filed in the probate court; then it is public info and anyone can see it.
