My question is on what legal grounds are needed to have a Judge void a will. My mom past away last year(Jan 2006), she left a will, and only my two brothers had the only copy of the will. Well, last July after probate I had to go to the court house to receive my first glimpse of the will. One of my brothers is a lawyer who specializes in Wills. I had been told by many people that this will was a LOT different than what Mom had told them that she was leaving me and my brothers. Well, my brothers came out of this smelling like roses. They inheirted 80% of the estate between them. I know my mom was fair, and that she would have split up everything 33% each. Is witness testimony good enough to void a will?

Witness testimony to what? A will need not be "fair" to be legally valid.

Why are you alleging the will is invalid? Was mom drugged, mentally incompetent, etc. when the will was executed? Was the will legally defective? Fraudulant?

You will need an attorney to advise you WHETHER there is any basis to challenge.
