What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky

I would like to put my house in a trust that is in Kentucky. Can I do this myself or do I need a lawyer?? If I can do it myself what forms do I need and where can I get them? Thanks for any help.

You have to prepare a deed to grant it from you to your as trustee of your trust. If you're married there may be important ways to word the grant. A lawyer will help avoid disasterous mistakes.
