What is the name of your state? Arizona

Being in business for myself I have always had a concern that someone could sue me and go after my personal assets, such as home, cars, savings. I carry malpractice insurance but my concern is that it may not be enough or won't cover under certain conditions. What is the best way to protect my family and myself? Would a trust be the answer and if so what type would offer the most protection and ease of use? Thank you.

You might want to consider a personal umbrella insurance policy that would cover the entire family. That is the broadest coverage and kicks in on top of other insurance.
