we live in indiana. i am 46,my daughters 19 and 24. my parents have named a friend of theirs-not a realative- as thier power of attorney when either of them becomes mentally and or physically incapsted or dies. this friend is on all of thier accts and has the power to authorize removal of life support. also she will handle all matters regarding their will. what can my daughters and i do about this?
