I am buying a very lg condo in Fl and its is going to be used by the corporation and by myself as a full time resident. There will be dedicated space for the office to function and hold meetings then also a portion will be turned into a mother in law suite for the clients to stay in while they are here for business. What is your ideas and recomdation of the best coarse of action? Also can we still homestead if under the corporations name and what tax breaks are there if filed in deed as a corporation?
