What is the name of your state? MN
My wifes parents died several years ago. They left money to all their children, my wife included. The money went into a joint account of ours, and some of it went into CD's, etc. from there.

Does the money belong solely to my wife now, or is it "community property"?
I thought in MN any assets that come in after marriage belong to both.
Thanks.
