My wife's former step mother decided to place a tombstone on my wife's father's grave. The problem is she only had "Loving husband" placed on the stone. Her step mother refuses to have it changed to "Loving husband, father and grandfather." Do the daughters legally have any say? Since his death, the step mother has moved to Maine and will more than likely never see the stone again. Can we simply replace it?
