Finally I need a little advice from you all!
Husband was awarded house and mortgage in previous divorce. Deed is in his name only. Mortgage company refuses to release her off mortgage (same game). I am not on mortgage nor deed. Have been unsuccessful in remortgaging to release ex and put me on since we BK 7 (discharged).
How does he list me as to getting rights (mortgage, etc.) after his death in his Will?
Can this be done?
I am looking for advice and yes, I know to get a lawyer
So please just give me what you think/know....
