thank you for info......I made a mistake as to appraised value it was for $110,000 and we all did want it to be sold.....had a buyer and they backed out.....so we agreed to lower it to 99,999.....so there is no way to get loan against our money......... so we just have to sit it out and take whatever he dishes out......the stuff in the house was suppose to be divided amongest us all.....but as I have heard in many cases.....some family members just swope in and grab what they can......is that not suppose to be added in as part of the value of the estate?
