would like to know verbage for including in a will a paragraph stating that any legatee contesting my will automatically disqualifies themselves from benefiting from my estate

The problem is that people who you leave OUT of the Will, or those who get so little that they have nothing to risk losing, are not deterred by this.

PS if you think any competent lawyer'll draft language for you to use for free, espsecially languange that that may not work, and risk get him/herself sued by someone, you're off base.
