Do I have a right to obtain a copy of a will in which I am a benefactor? I live in Florida.

Correct term is also that you are a "beneficiary".

If the person holding the will is not cooperative in giving you a copy, normally the will is filed at the county courthouse probate court within 30 days after the death and you can get a copy from there since it is public record.
