What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I have decided to go with a will and am trying the do-it-yourself method. I had the following questions

1) In the will, do I specifically state each and every account? So if I have 4 bank accounts, all going to the same person, do I ned to list them in the will. All accounts have the beneficairy listed OR is it good enough to have a second doc (a cheat sheet of sorts) to give to the executor that states all bank accounts etc.

2) How do I set up a testmentary trust in a will?

Thanks:eek:

Why don't you make the four bank accounts TOD (transfer on death) accounts. Then you don't have any question about where the assets will go. The assets will transfer at time of death.
