What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida
If I have a will, durable power of attorney, health care serogate and living will drawn in Florida. Do I have to do it again if I move to another state (Oregon) or can a codicil indicating the change of state be sufficient to make it official in that state:rolleyes:
