Can the Will/Estate be changed after one of the spouses dies?

My grandmother passed away a few years ago and recently my grandfather had his new girl friend move in.
My consern is that if they get married, can he change the Will/Estate?

Thanks for your help

Q: what if the will/estate is Irrevocable?

A: I have never heard of such a thing. Besides, I cannot answer hypothetical questions.

Q: And how do I find out what type of will he currently has?

A: Ask him.

And if anyone other than my spouse asked me what I had in my will, I'd tell them it's none of their business.
