A will has been modified?

I'm ordering a copy of a will from the county website. The person died 10 years ago and I see that the "record date" and "modified date" are only a few months ago. Is there any way that a will could be modified?

You may be misinterpreting the word "modified". You need to ask the courthouse what that term means so you can determine whether you are interpreting it correctly or not.
