Can i include in a will the people who will be entitled to my part of a divorce settlement if the settlement hasn't been received as of yet but the divorce has been finalized? Such as a pending QDRO settlement and future equity in the house that has to be refinanced in 4 years or sold? Again these 2 things have been agreed on in the divorce but have yet to be settled
