What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin
Do I need to have a will and Power of Attorney for Health Care notorized and filed anywhere?
I have an old will and Power of Attorney form that I would like to make changes on but need to know if I can just make those changes myself, have them notorized if need be and file and give copies to my executor and heirs.
I had the old ones drafted quite a few years ago, but it is quite expensive to have them redrafted and want to know if I am doing it legally. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
