Do you think they have a chance to win this with the evidence I have described? We live in the State of Tennessee, with the ex-wife and deceased husband being seperated for 32years would you think the chance of the judge ruling in her favor would be? What part of the estate could she be awarded? One last question-does it make a difference if the will states that the deceased husband is leaving everything to his spouse, Hilda, and in leu of her death everything will go to their two children? How could the court not award the estate to the children left by the two deceased people when it was plainly stated in the will of the deceased husband? The will was done by the lawyer handling the probate case.

I can't speculate without the facts and documents -- but consult a TN lawyer and see if it is worthwhile.
