I'm a resident of Florida and my father is setting up his Will. The question is. If I am named as a benificary on my fathers bank accounts & mutual fund accounts and the funds are under my fathers ss#. If i were to be sued either by a person or creditor/agency. Can they collect the money that was left for me?
