i am moving my mother from florida to massachusetts. her will and revokable trust were initiated and sworn to in the state of florida. are they still good in the state of massachusetts ?

A Will and Trust validly prepared properly executed in state 1 is still legally valid in state 2. BUT as the laws governing filing and operation of the estate of state 2 are different from those in state 1, and the Will would have to be probated in state 2 eventually, is is VERY wise to have the Wlll and Trust reviewed by an attorney in state 2 so that any useful changes can be made.
