Will validity for Property Abroad

New Jersey : I have a property abroad for which i want to write a will to hand it over to my son in case of anything happens to me, does such a will exist which allows me to write a will in USA which applies to a property in Asia ?

I suggest that you contact the embassy or a consulate of the country in which you own property to ask what would be required to transfer property in that country when you pass away.
