What is the name of your state?Washington state
I need to know if me and my husband died at the same time, like in a car accident or something, if he has no will but I do is my will what what they use? I hope I asked this correctly not sure how else to word it. And if contested by his family would they have any legal rights to the estate?
Family as in siblings there are no kids involved.
