(only U.S. law)? oklahoma my dad past away,he had a last will and testament witness,signed and dated,but was never notarsies,and a hand written letter signed and dated the night before he died.leaving me everything,i am the only child and he was single.are these legal and what do i need to do now?its just a very small amount 2.5 ac of land

The will itself does have to be notarized. You can view the requirements for a valid OK will here at this link. Look at Chapter 2.

OK allows holographic (handwritten) wills:
§84-54. Holographic Wills. A holographic will is one that is entirely written, dated and signed by the hand of the testator himself. It is subject to no other form, and may be made in or out of this State, and need not be witnessed.
If the value of the estate's assets is less than $150,000, there is an abbreviated probate procedure available. Here is a link to statute:
