a single mother, age 72, lives in pennsylvania, owns a house and has two daughters. if the mother wills her house to only one of her daughters, does the other daughter have any legal claim to a portion of the dead mothers house? Thanks.

If the Will is valid -- in that it was in proper form, properly witnessed, mother had adeqaute mental power at the time she made it, was free from improper influences, mistake, coercion, etc. -- mother could leave her property to one daughter only, or to anyone or any charity in the world.
