my father has just past away and he did not have a will. he has some assets: a truck paid for, owes 101,000.00 on his home that is worth 132,000.00, he owes 3,600.00 back child support, has about 1,000.00 in bank. i have a sister and a half sister also a half brother. all the cost of his funiral have been left for me to pay. where do i go from here? want to make sure every-one gets what they are entitled to.
