undefinedNew Jersey. I have written my own will. It was witnessed by 2 people not included in it, and notorized. Is this a legal will in the State of New Jersey, and would it be difficult to probate?? Does it have to be filed with the court?? Thanks

Without being done by a lawyer, it could be very easily contested. Getting a will done through a lawyer is not that expensive. The piece of mind alone would be worth it.
