if the wrongful death settlement goes into the estate, does it get divided between all people entitled to the estate or is it kept seperate and only divided between those intitled to the settlement?

My response:

Any such monies are divided amongst all of the plaintiff's named in the lawsuit. The money does not go into the Estate.

The reason being is that the money is not the decedent's money; rather, the money is in settlement of the damages claimed and proved by the Plaintiffs.
