Ach reversal

Illinois. I had an ach reversal on my last paycheck. How long will it take for them to correct and fix this reversal so that they put it back to my account? I have not been terminated nor have I quit. I have been working for the company for 4 years now and this is the first time this has happened to me. How will they fix it and what will be done.

When you asked the Payroll department this question, what did they say?

There is no possible way we can answer that question since we have no idea why it was done.

I was never informed on why they did this. I asked them but they have not reached back to me yet.

They are the only ones who can answer. We have no way of knowing why it was done, how it will be fixed or how long it will take to fix it.
