advice on workmens comp issue

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? missouri. My girlfriend injured her back at work. She is a CNA at a hospital. She was assigned a wrkmens comp. dr. She has been put on light duty and is going to theropy. she is still in lots of pain. I don't think she is getting the right diognosis. They didn't take an ex-ray of her back, and she is getting no relief. What are our options?
