I am collecting temporary disability payments every 2 weeks for 104 weeks or until my doctor says I'm permanent and stable. After this period, if I receive a permanent disability rating, will the amount I received during the temporary be deducted from the amount I receive for the award/settlement of the permanent? If you don't know, please save your comments. Thanks Brains.

It shouldn't be.

Temp total disability indicates that you have not reached max healing and/or you have not been returned to work.
Perm partial disability or perm total is when you reach max healing, the medical provider releases you from care and provides work comp an impairment rating.

While the two are connected, they are separate.
