What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama

I asked to view my records today at physical therapy because I just don't trust them. I was told that I have no right to them until discharge because they strictly belong to workman's comp . Is that true ?

I didn't think it was true and it really made me angry that they said it.They did seem flustered when I made a stink of it. I will go to that site thank, you very much.

Also, am I allowed access to my nurse case managers reports as well? I do not trust that woman as far as I can throw her.

It is the OP's medical record. The law does not distinguish between the reasons why the medical record were developed.
