1. If i am receiving Social Security Disability from an on the job injury and receiving disability pensions, how ca Workmans Comp. not pay me for total disability?
2. When i was injured i had a back fusion done in 1992, can i still sue the doctor for malpractice? I have gone through my paperwork and he really messed up with inserting the screws. I have a document from another surgeon confirming this.
